FAIR TRADING TERMS
Bookings:
All prices are inclusive. (first set of logs with compliments further supplies at £4.99 per barrow load)
We can not accept bookings from minors under the age of 18 years.
No single sex parties only by prior arrangement.
No pets.
No smoking.
Your party should not exceed the capacity of the property
Any change to party size booked must be notified to Mrs. O’Leary for health and safety reasons.
For health and safety reasons children under the age of 16 must not be left alone in the hot tub.
Deposit is non refundable.
Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings up to 6 weeks before arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
All bookings do not include cancellation insurance
We reserve to right to terminate this contact as the result of any unreasonable behaviour or as a result of disregard to any of the booking conditions..
Force majeure;
We cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance of our contract with you is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force Majeure” (fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage or any similar event beyond our control. Such circumstances include riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire adverse weather conditions, war threat of war actual or threaten terrorist activity and all similar situations beyond our control.
Vehicles:
Vehicles and contents are left entirely at owners risk.
Damage to property:
Our promise to you is you will find Higher Scholes Cottage in first class condition and we would like you to respect this. Please leave the property as you found it, or an additional cleaning will be charged at £35.00 p/h. The hirer is also liable to the owner for any damage caused in the property during the period of hire. All breakages must be reported and paid for.
